Make up Community

I have no interest in political debates or anything along those lines. What happened in Pulse in Orlando is weighing so heavily on my heart.

Clearly I love make up. Something people don’t always talk about is the make up community. While yes there can be people you don’t like or agree with but this community is so accepting of people from all walks of life. I appreciate and love this. It doesn’t matter who you are, where you come from if you love make up lets sit down and gush about the latest launch or your new fav products. Its simple as that. This is by no means me saying every one that is in the make up community is accepting of all people :cough Gerard Cosmetics snap scandal: nor am I saying people in the LGBTA community loves make up. I am simply saying that a company or person in the make up community if they are truly honest will accept anyone and see beauty in everyone.

A true make up artist can see/tell you how you should wear your make up to enhance your features but will accept you and your preferences.

Seeing the out pouring of love and support from people within the community touches my heart. If you can donate, please do. If you can’t and want to show your support find other way-donate blood, even something as simple as watching NikkieTutorials pride video helps. She has taken a strong stand and donating any money that video makes to help the survivors and families of those effected in this tragedy.

The Minneapolis Pride is coming up and hope I can make it down and show my support and sweet rainbow wig. 🙂

“Someday we’ll find it, the rainbow connection. The lovers, the dreamers and me.”
